The Sunglasses Brands Celebrities Love

Sunglasses are a crucial accessory for celebrities, since hiding and looking cool are their MOs. With so many stellar brands out there, how’s a girl to choose the right ones to replace the long-gone pair that was last seen at Coachella? Problem solved—who better to look to than paparazzi-hunted celebrities and their trusty face-shielding shades? Our findings proved that celebrities are fiercely loyal to certain brands, running the gamut from classic to cool-girl indie. Stick to any of these brands while shopping for a new pair of sunglasses, and you just might get mistaken for an It girl.
The cool-girl go-to brand when it comes to investment-worthy shades, the oft-copied Illesteva’s round plastic frames are their signature style. There’s a reason that this is Beyonce’s Coachella brand of choice!

Miu Miu’s quirky shades somehow flatter every face they rest upon. We’re particularly partial to the magpie-friendly glitter flecked options, which have proven to be more than just a glamorous trend.

In keeping with the ‘70s vibes this season, Sunday Somewhere’s retro-inspired shades are favorites of Kate Hudson and Beyonce, among many others. We love the unique details they bring to their trademark oversized round sunnies, such as rose gold metal.

New Katy Perry OPI Nail Polish Collection

Listen up trendsetters, Katy Perry just launched a new nail lacquer collection with OPI featuring punky colors with a splash of glitter. The line features “Look At Me” shades and a revolutionary top coat called shatter which you apply on top of your regular nail polish for a almost crocodile embossed effect for your nails. It’s the latest trend in nails!

The colors are: Teenage Dream (a plummy pink sparkle), Not Like the Movies (metallic silver), Last Friday Night (a Crayola blue glitter), The One That Got Away (a deepest dark berry purple) and most interesting shade is Black Splatter that creates a cracked textured look when applied over dried nail polish.

Celebrity Wearing Sunglasses Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer 2140

The Ray-Ban Wayfarer is a design of sunglasses manufactured by Ray-Ban since 1952. Wayfarers enjoyed early popularity in the 1950s and 1960s, especially after they were worn by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 movie Breakfast at Tiffany's. Though the sunglasses had faded from the limelight by the 1970s, a lucrative 1982 product placement deal brought Wayfarers to their height of popularity. Since the mid-2000s, the sunglasses have been enjoying a revival. Wayfarers are sometimes cited as the best-selling design of sunglasses in history. The original Wayfarer is back, with the same specifications as the original 1952 mode, in the Ray-Ban Wayfarer 2140l. Featuring the oversize metal hinges and mineral glass lenses, the Wayfarer has returned!
In recent years Ray-Ban introduced a new take on the original Wayfarer as they feature a two-tone style. Among the various color combos are Sand/Blue, Black/Lime, Black/Orange, Black/Yellow, Purple/Red, and even some printed styles!

What sunglasses does Emma Stone wear in the movie Easy A? Those would be the extremely awesome RAY-BAN WAYFARERS. These are the RB2140s (classic wayfarers slanting forward) in black.
